1. and：连接并列成分
and 是一个并列连词（coordinating conjunction），用于连接两个对等的词、短语或句子。

- We bought apples and oranges.（两个宾语）
注意：and 连接的是语法地位相同的成分。
2. with：表示伴随状态
with 是一个介词（preposition），后接名词或代词，构成介词短语，表示“和……一起”或“带有……”。
- I went to the park with her.（我和她一起去——“她”是伴随者）
- She had coffee with milk.（加牛奶的咖啡）
- He spoke with confidence.（他充满自信地说话）
注意：with 后面不能直接跟动词原形，必须是名词性结构。
